I read on some forums that the adhesive will not unstick itself, even after several years of normal use.

Useful when you do not have any pockets!

This it is sometimes the case with some women’s or men’s clothes. 

You will not have anymore to ask yourself in which pockets you have stored the cap!

Moreover, pockets are not always free from dusts or particles which can after damage the lens cap, or the lens!

JJC L-S2M Lens Cap Keeper is specially designed for filter diameter of mirrorless lenses less than 46mm.
